LONELY SEA

Sat by the sea I saw her eyes-
That used to look lovingly at mine.
Felt at my back the gentle stroke-
I grasped for her.. and the bubble broke !!

It was only me, and the wind, and the sea-
and the sand, and the sun, and no one with me.
I missed her so.. I missed her so much!
Kept asking when I could feel her touch.

Wrote on the sand "my sweet wild rose"
Wrote on the sand "I miss you the most !"

The blowing wind through the swaying palms.
I felt her warmth in my arms-
Her smooth skin.. her sweet sweet smile-
The love within her glittering eyes..

The powder sand slipped through my fingers.
I felt so lost ...without her-
Like a stranger in the middle of friends.
Without her I was completely strained.

I strolled along crystal green water !
I missed her swimming and cheerful laughter.
Cooled down myself in the clear cool sea-
Whispered in blue.. where would she be..

No one knew how, or where or when-
I'd be able to meet her again..
I missed her so.. Oh I missed her so much !!
I love her so.. it's love as such !!

At my back I felt the breezing breath
I grasped for her.. and again she fled..
My lonely soul stalled in me..
Oh.. lonely sand and oh.. lonely sea.
